| | | | | | | | Q: Tell us about your career journey.
A: I have more than 20 years of experience in the industry and recently served as CEO of Weleda. This is a true homecoming for me, as I previously worked for Seventh Generation and I couldn’t be more excited to be back!
| | | | | Q: What does “business as a force for good” mean to you, and how will you bring it to life as CEO of Seventh Generation?
A: I’m passionate about health and wellness, not just for myself but for all. One of the things I’m most proud of is Seventh Generation’s B Corp status. We were one of 19 pioneering companies to join the movement in 2007 and our commitment to social and environmental responsibility is stronger than ever.

| | | The B Corp movement proves that businesses can be profitable while simultaneously serving people and planet, which is exactly the legacy of Seventh Generation that I plan on continuing.

A: You’ll find me reading, running, and spending time with my husband and three children.
