Hi ashley,

Consistency is maybe the most important aspect to success, whether that is a selection event, fitness, training, business, or just life in general. THE most important time to be consistent is when things aren't going perfectly to plan- the plan is always the first casualty of battle. Work/life/traffic/family aren't letting you get two hours a day in the gym? Can you get 45 minutes in? Can you get three blocks in ten minute increments?

One of our keys to success has been the realization that some days you absolutely crush it, but some days you're just doing what you can. Injury, lack of sleep, or just life stress can all influence this- the key is staying in the game.

The latest SOFLETE teams (Beckwith and Sterling) both have a "quick" daily variant that gets you in and out of the gym within 45 minutes or less. That means you can be on the FULL program, but still get similar training done if you're short on time that day.

If you're not on the team, head to https://soflete.com/pages/new-soflete-training and get started.

If you're already on the team we're doing a flash sale on Pink Lemonade PreWorkout. Use the code "GUNBUNNY" through monday morning for 30% off Pink Lemonade Octane only- the discount doesn't work on anything else.
