Dear reader,
Two years ago, we launched the Big Punting Survey to give you, our readers, a platform to share your experiences and opinions about betting and horseracing. More than 10,000 of you responded, making it one of the biggest betting surveys ever conducted, and the results were eye-opening.
Most notably, one in six of you reported being subjected to affordability checks and more than one in three had experienced account restrictions.
These findings not only shaped our coverage but helped to ensure your voices were heard on vital issues impacting our sport and hobby.
Last month we launched a second edition of the Big Punting Survey to continue that important undertaking - the survey closes tomorrow, so time is running short to register your views. By sharing your views again, you'll help us to understand the issues that matter most to you and ensure the journalism and data we produce align with your needs and interests.
As we did two years ago, once the results are collated in a few weeks' time we will share the key findings with you and with decision-makers in racing, betting and politics, championing the views of punters, whose opinions and experiences are too often overlooked or dismissed by those in positions of power.
Thank you again for your participation in this important process and for your support of the Racing Post.
