Actions we take: Sign up for the newsletter. If a newsletter isn’t available, we sign up for blog notifications.

Free account signup
Actions we take: Sign up for the newsletter and create an account. This sometimes includes signing up for a free trial.

Cart abandoner
Actions we take: Sign up for the newsletter, create an account, view 10 product pages, add an item to the cart, go through the checkout process until we’re required to enter payment information, leave the site. The goal is to trigger cart abandonment emails.

Browse abandoner
Actions we take: Sign up for the newsletter, create an account, browse (view 10 different products), leave the site.

Purchaser
Actions we take: Sign up for the newsletter, create an account, purchase an item.

Note: Pro customers on annual plans can request a Purchaser journeys at any time (we’ll spend up to 10% of your total annual contract).
